I have a question for you and need to know if you have any pictures or examples of contemporary, really striking or modern crosses. I'm needing one for something in the future and I'd love to know if you have any insight. Thanks for your help!

Depending on what you want - if I'm looking for a visual, I'll go to BING, start with a search e.g., Modern Crosses, and then select images and it will give you hundreds of images. Of course most are not applicable, but if you find one that is interesting, then you can ask it to find more like that. Also you can refine your words e.g., contemporary wooden crosses. It is tedious, but can produce some interesting results.
This is an entire building - but I like the blend of modern look with traditional steeple (cross on top) with then a "cross of light" that is an architectural element, a cross of light on the inside by day and outside by night.

Did you see the Skoog's pictures from Church on the Rock? It's pretty contemporary.

Very interesting - and very mysterious! Will you let us know what the cross is for?
I've brought a handful of visitors to church this summer, and most of them have asked me why River Valley does not display a cross, either inside or outside the church. I guess I hadn't even noticed this until they brought it up... Could we finally be getting a cross? :-) Maybe four matching crosses at each of the four campuses?

There's a popular electro pop band out there called "justice", and they use a simple cross as a stage element at all their shows. It's beaming with bright white light. It's box-ey and I think they back light it with different colors that they can change during live shows. I've always thought it looked pretty cool.
