OK, I have a request for some help when it comes to on-line commentaries and also electronic study helps for the Bible. I'm looking for the best resources out there to help someone study the Bible and I'm looking for a couple of things. Best value for a lot of material, best value overall, cheapest one that offers the most, easiest to use, and of course all free stuff. So, if you use any on-line stuff or electronic study helps, please comment and help me out and recommend some things I can use this week for the sermon. Thanks a lot for your help!
Logos Bible Software

Great Bible software: wordsearchbible.com They have software designed for different levels of use and once you find and purchase the one you want, you can download versions of the Bible and also many books that then become part of your software's searchable library. Many books are free and others you pay for. Software also includes dictionaries, concordances, commentaries, maps and other helps. You can highlight text and keep notes inside the text (much like writing in the margins of your Bible). The website is constantly updating their library and offering more helps to download. INVALUABLE.
BEST audio Bible: thewordofpromise.com NKJV and done with the voices of professional actors including Jim Caviezel as Jesus. Both the OT and NT available on CD or as an MP3 download on their website. HIGHLY recommend this. If you prefer the NIV, thebibleexperience.net is the same concept and ALMOST as good. :)

Kristin and I really like this web site: http://www.onlinebible.net/
You can download different Bible translations, Bible research software, and commentaries. It's easy to use and free. They have extensive information and definitions of words as well as the ability to cross-reference words and phrases. It's a very simple Bible study tool.
It's set up like Windows software so it's easy to cut and paste information into other documents. You can also read multiple translations all at the same time.

For PC users e-sword.net has a lot of free downloadable resources and some that you have to pay for. They also have an online version that is good as well.

I have been using youversion.com both online and via the iPhone\iPod Touch App. The app and website have multiple Bible translations and allow you to download them to make them available off-line (though not all translations are available for download). They also have apps for BlackBerry, Android, Palm Pre, as well as others. You can easily bookmark, email verses, and view contributions of others for that verse. There are also reading plans which you can download.
It is great because I can easily switch between translations. I have it with me all of the time. It's also free!

I really like www.blb.org! It looks old-school to say the least, but you can look up multiple translations, commentaries, greek words, and all sorts of fun stuff!
I second Kirsten's post... biblegateway.com is great too!

I like www.blueletterbible.org online because it seems easiest to switch between versions, has many commentary references, and is fast.
YouVersion is hands down the best for mobile devices (and it is free also)

One resource that Kristin and I really like is http://www.onlinebible.net/
It's free...and has definitions, the ability to read multiple translations, cross references, ability to look up and search by word or phrase, etc.
It's based on Windows, so it's easy to save info and scriptures and pull things into Word if you are preparing a lesson.
