Well, I only read 8 books in the month of January and at that pace, I'll only read 96 books so I'll need to pick it up! Where will I find the time to get to 100?
OK, book #8 was The Shack and it's one of the few fiction books I've read in a long time. I enjoyed it but there were a few things in it where I was going, "huh?" but all in all, I enjoyed it. It's a work of fiction I kept telling myself, relax and enjoy it. So I did.
Here's my big take away from it and it won't ruin the book if you want to read it. After reading the book, I loved God more, realize he loves me more than I can imagine and I want to spend more time recognizing God's presence in my life. So if that's the outcome of a fiction book, then I say it was a great book!
That was pretty much my take away from the book, also. BTW, I think that's my copy you read so if your done, may I pass it to others? :-) But, if you need to keep it, that's o.k., too.
