I'm reading a book on ministry right now and there was something in it that was so simple, yet so profound that I had to share it with you. Here's what it said concerning the church. Our goal as a church is to do three things, love God more, love people more, and love more people. Simple right?! Yet it captures what the church is all about. Love God more = Worship, Love people more = Fellowship and Love more people = Outreach. Simple stuff that should define all churches.

We had as the last topic in the alpha series last Tues as the Church - this was a perfect post for that segment. Alpha was a great experience again and Anthony did a superb job as he always does.
