I've loved all of the comments about the SOAP reading plan for our Bible devotions! So many people have said it's exactly what they needed and a great tool to spark conversation in their family because their children are doing the same devotions. I know that I've had several conversations with my boys because of it and I love talking about God with my kids.
There's a new link at the site that will allow you to do your journal on-line (scroll down to see it once you're on the page) so there's no need for paper if that's what you prefer. (Thanks Russ for sharing it with all of us.) If you have a suggestion or an idea that will help us all out with our devotions be sure to let me know and I'll do my best to get it out to everyone.
Rob,
I thought you would be blessed to know that I presented the SOAP plan to our marketplace ministry prayer team at OPIN and the entire group will now be participating.
We will be setting aside part of our time together each Tuesday morning to discuss the highlights and personal insights from our personal SOAP readings each week.
This is another way I am building in accountability for myself as well.

Would it be possible to create a Soap365 blog that in it's simplest form would just post a link to the daily passage to be read, or create an email subscription that sends out the daily passage. This would make it a lot easier to get to the daily reading rather than having to make four clicks to get to the daily passage from the RVC website or remember to keep track of the paper version.
